A Personal Blog Site

PROJECT

Information

THE CLIENT

Akira Deodath required a platform that represents her interests and perspectives, allowing her to uninhibitedly express her passions and thoughts regarding criminology, psychology and community engagement.

THE GOAL

The objective was to create a minimalistic blog site that focused on typography rather than imagery. A simple colour palette would be utilised to compliment the typography. The utilisation of java scripting was required to achieve a custom cursor.

PROJECT

Result

The outcome was a two-page, present-day blog site. A delicate shade that is close to light grey was utilised which complimented both the fonts and the picture frame above each blog write-up. A custom cursor was also created which added to the distinctiveness of the blog site. Some of the premium plugins utilised were Elementor Pro, ( jet engine, smart filters, jet reviews), Wordfence Pro (security and firewall), Rank Math, SEO, Copy Protect, etc.
